The Board of Directors of the Gabès Environment, Planting, and Gardening Company (SEPJ Gabès) reviews strategic directions and development prospects for its activities On Monday, May 25, 2026, the Board of Directors and the Ordinary General Meeting of SEPJ Gabès were held at the company's headquarters, under the auspices of the Governor of Gabès and chaired by Mr. Anouar Derbel, Chairman of the Board of Directors, in the presence of Board members and various stakeholders. The meeting focused on the final review of the 2025 financial statements, as well as an analysis of the company's operations and an evaluation of its performance indicators. Discussions also addressed key strategic directions and future programs aimed at further developing its services and strengthening its contribution to environmental and development efforts in the region. The ongoing efforts to achieve 100% operational readiness of the company in the coming months were also highlighted, following the 76% completion target set by the end of 2025. The meeting also provided an opportunity to examine the main challenges and issues of the next phase, with particular emphasis on the need to establish an integrated vision based on efficient management, streamlined resource use, and improved service quality, in line with the development and environmental objectives of the Gabès Governorate. At the conclusion of its deliberations, the assembly reaffirmed its commitment to continuing its work within a participatory framework based on strategic planning and the optimal use of available resources, in order to consolidate the company's position as a key player contributing to sustainable development in the region.
